Well whaddayou know. I have to say I was impressed with Yoda in Episode III...moreso than in II, especially on closeups.
It was the first time since The Empire Strikes Back that I wasn't distracted by the technique used to bring him to life. The puppet in The Phantom Menace was terrible, and the CGI in Attack of the Clones was good, but noticeable.
