We can laugh about it fortunately, given the lucky outcome. During hunting season, when I was a boy, I never went down to the water - even though I had a red hunting jacket and rode a red ATV. With that many hunters on the lake, you never know what can happen!

I heard a guy this morning talking about how it's important to stress that Cheney was not an avid hunter. In fact, he mentioned that most people are more avid hunters than Cheney.
Think of a bird. Think of a human. If you can tell the difference, you're a better hunter than Cheney.
And Dan Quail has been suspiciously quiet through this time. I heard he was hiding in some caves along the Wyoming border and being aided by local villagers in the border region.
